Build Your Display
Creating your own Minifig Display Case is super simple, using common household items.
Step 1: Buy Your Case
These images have been created specifically for The Container Store's "Multi-Level Display Box". This item costs around $12 and can be ordered online or regularly found in store.
Step 2: Print & Cut
After you download the PDF file, print both A4 sized pages and carefully cut out all three images. I like using high gloss photo paper as it really makes the colors pop!
Step 3: Get Sticky With It
Use double sided tape to affix the images - the largest inside the back of the lid, and the two strips on each exposed tier inside. Tip: Use tape to secure the Minifig plates on top of each tier!
Frequently Asked Questions
Potentially helpful answers to your frequently asked questions.
What type of program do I need to print these images?
I made sure to save (export) these files to a very common format that anyone with a modern day computer could use. In this case, Adobe PDF (.pdf). You can open these natively within your preferred operating system and the images and fonts will display correctly.
Do I need to use a special type of printer or paper?
The whole mission of this project was to be able to DIY an attractive Minifig display solution without spending a lot of money or acquiring a bunch of stuff. So, in that spirit, use whatever printer you are currently rocking at home. If - and this is totally optional - you want to level up your game, print on high gloss photo paper (A4 / 8.5" x 11") size as that media type really lets the colors pop!

It's easy! Print using your home printer, trim the images, and affix using double sided tape. Simple and inexpensive!
